This whitefish is a true classic. Far superior to its cousin Atlantic Cod, the snowy white flesh of Wild Alaska Cod has a distinctive, large flake and a delicate flavor.
Works well in all cuisines ranging from Asian to American to Mexican to Italian and beyond. Makes for an excellent flavor vessel or as a stand-alone center-of-plate treat.
KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. Thawing is not recommended – cook from frozen.
