1973

The year Trident Seafoods was founded by Chuck Bundrant, a young man from Tennessee. Chuck was soon joined by Kaare Ness and Mike Jacobson. Together, they believed that anything was possible through hard work, grit and determination.

2013

Trident's founder, Chuck Bundrant, passes the torch to his son Joe Bundrant, naming Joe CEO of Trident Seafoods.

Headquartered in Seattle, Washington, Trident’s focus on commercial fishing and primary processing operations continues to be in Alaska. Since 1973, the scope of species harvested and processed by Trident has expanded from king crab to include virtually every commercial species of salmon, whitefish, and crab harvested in Alaska, as well as Pacific whiting off the West Coast of the United States.
