Preheat oven to 400°f. Place legs & claws (single layer) in hotel pan, do not overcrowd and cover tightly. From thawed: bake for approximately 15 – 20 minutes. From frozen: bake for approximately 20 – 25 minutes.
Steamer
Preheat steamer to 212°f. Place legs & claws (single layer) on wire rack in hotel pan, do not overcrowd. From thawed: steam for approximately 6 – 8 minutes. From frozen: steam for approximately 10 – 12 minutes.
Heat to 140°f - 160°f or preferred optimal eating temperature.
This product is fully cooked and ready to eat. For best results, thaw before using.
Keep frozen at 0°F or below until ready to use
Remove legs & claws from all packaging and place on a wire rack in hotel pan to capture any drip loss. Cover and thaw Under refrigeration 8 – 10 hours or overnight. After thawing, the fully cooked legs & claws are ready to serve. Keep thawed portions refrigerated and use within 1 to 3 Days.
