Season Alaskan Pollock with salt, pepper and herbs or dip in seasoned bread crumbs. Place in buttered baking dish and bake at 400 degrees F.
Pan-Fry
Dip Alaskan Pollock in seasoned flour. Saute in oil, butter or margarine over medium heat, until lightly browned on both sides.
Microwave cooking is not recommended.
Keep frozen at 0 degrees F or below until ready to use
Thaw before cooking. Do not cook from frozen
To thaw, open package, refrigerate 8-10 hours
