Ingredients
1 (8 oz) package Louis Kemp Crab Delights® Chunk Style, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 tsp ginger, grated or minced
Pinch of white pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
4 scallions, finely chopped (reserve 1/4 for garnish)
1/3 cup cabbage, shredded and chopped
1 pack wonton wrappers
Avocado oil spray
1 Tbsp chili crunch
Furikake seasoning
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, mix Louis Kemp Crab Delights® Chunk Style, soy sauce, 3/4 of the scallions, cabbage, white pepper, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until evenly combined.
Lightly spray a muffin tin with avocado oil. Press a wonton wrapper into each compartment to form cup shapes.
Spoon the crab mixture into each wonton cup and gently press down. Lightly spray the tops with avocado oil.
Bake on the middle rack for 15–20 minutes, rotating the tray halfway through, until the edges are golden and crisp. Let the dumpling cups cool for 10–15 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a paper towel-lined surface to absorb any excess oil.
Plate the dumpling cups and drizzle with chili crunch. Garnish with reserved scallions and furikake, if desired. Serve warm.
