Smoked Salmon Cobb Salad

Ingredients
1 package Trident Seafoods® Wild-Caught Alaska Smoked Sockeye Salmon
2 cup crème fraiche
1/3 cup lemon juice
Grated zest from 2 large lemons
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
Salt and pepper
2 heads butter lettuce, leaves separated, washed and trimmed
6 each hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
8 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 each avocados, diced
1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup chopped roasted and salted pistachios
Directions
Stir together the crème fraiche, lemon juice and zest and tarragon. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover a large platter with the butter lettuce and arrange the eggs, bacon, avocados, tomatoes, and sockeye on top. Sprinkle with the pistachios and serve with the dressing.
